If you’re new to Olympic Weightlifting, you should start with our Weightlifting Foundations classes. These classes are all levels but we’ve written the programme to ensure it’s extra accesible to newer lifters.
These sessions are Monday and Wednesday at 18:30, as well as Friday at 07:30 and Sunday at 11:00
