Come Down And Meet Us
Hi, I’m Mikey, Owner & Head Coach at London Weightlifting
If you have any questions at all, please drop me a line! If you’d rather do one free session instead of the intro pack, shoot me a message.
We’ve got three main programmes which you’ll get access to:
1) Olympic Weightlifting. If you’re new, we’ve got Foundations classes which are a great start point.
2) Strength. What it says on the tin. Squat, Bench, Deadlift & Bodybuilding
3) Functional Fitness. On the schedule you’ll see S&C and LWX.
Both start with a strength or skill section, followed by a high-intensity workout.
S&C is a great starting point for beginners — the movements are simpler and more focused on building strength and fitness.
LWX is for all levels, but includes more technical skills like Olympic lifting and gymnastics.
Our Classes
-
These 60-minute classes are designed to build strength and skill together! You'll start with a team warm-up led by your coach, then dive into our club program. It’s the perfect balance of mastering the Olympic lifts and powering up your strength.
-
Our Strength & Conditioning classes are 60 minutes long. Our program is all about helping you build strength and improve your overall conditioning. No matter your fitness level, the workout can be adjusted to give you just the right challenge. We’ll start with a warm-up, then guide you through a strength element before diving into some conditioning as a class.
-
Expect to dial in your squat, bench and deadlift technique and hit some new PBs! This is a great supplement to your functional fitness or Weightlifting training, as well as being a great starting point if you haven’t done much strength training before.
-
This is an all levels Olympic Weightlifting class, but we’ve made it extra accessible for beginners. The exercises we choose are simpler, so you can really dial in your technique on the foundational movements.
-
This is our CrossFit class. Each session follows a structured format: we’ll start with a coach-led warm-up, followed by a skill or strength piece (like squats, presses, or Olympic lifts), then finish with a high-intensity workout – what we call the “WOD” (Workout of the Day).
Whether you’re brand new or have years of experience, everything is scalable – that means we can adjust the movements, weights, and intensity to suit your ability and goals.
At London Weightlifting, we take pride in providing a high-quality training environment that’s as much about fun as it is about form. Yes, we’ll help you nail your technique and hit those personal bests, but we also believe that fitness should be something you look forward to.
