These 60-minute classes are designed to build strength and skill together! You'll start with a team warm-up led by your coach, then dive into our club program. It’s the perfect balance of mastering the Olympic lifts and powering up your strength.

Our CrossFit classes are 60 minutes long. Our program is all about helping you build strength and improve your overall conditioning. No matter your fitness level, the workout can be adjusted to give you just the right challenge. We’ll start with a warm-up, then guide you through some skill prep for all the elements of the workout, and finally, we’ll dive into the workout together.

Expect to dial in your squat, bench and deadlift technique and hit some new PBs! This is a great supplement to your CrossFit® or Weightlifting training, as well as being a great starting point if you haven’t done much strength training before.

Our Conditioning class is all about building your engine with longer, high-energy workouts. Expect functional movements, plenty of variety in structure, and sessions designed to improve endurance, stamina, and overall fitness. With a focus on sustained effort, these workouts are longer than our CrossFit sessions, making them perfect for those looking to level up their aerobic capacity and work rate.

Hybrid is a great class for Hyrox athletes or anyone looking to improve their strength and conditioning. These classes are circuit based with a heavy emphasis on the Hyrox exercises and running.
